Where your inbound comes from, what it asks for, and which parts of it a person currently has to touch. Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether this is a fit.
We say whether we can run it
Some of these calls end with us saying no. What Sophia should do, refuse to do and escalate is specific to each company — it is not a plan you pick off a menu.
