The Sophia Network by JOOLT · for clients
Describe it once.
Out loud.
No form to fill in and no five contractors calling you back. Sophia answers, asks about the job one question at a time, and hands it to a single local pro who actually wants that work.
This side is not open yet.
There is no button here to file a job, because the surface it would open is not live — and we are not going to put a control in front of you that does not go anywhere. This page describes exactly how it will work when it does open, so you can judge it before you use it.
What is open today is the other side of it: painters in Austell, Mableton, Douglasville, Vinings and Smyrna can join the founding group now. If you are a painter, start here
Austell, Mableton, Douglasville, Vinings and Smyrna, Georgia — the launch corridor in west and southwest Cobb and Douglas County.
01 · What the call is like
She asks. You answer. That is the whole thing.
Sophia opens by telling you the call is recorded, then works through the job one question at a time. If you answer three things in one breath she takes all three and skips ahead. If something is unclear she asks again rather than guessing.
How the call opens Quoted from the live script
Sophia · before anything else
“Quick heads up before we start: this call is recorded so we can match you with the right painter. If you would rather not be recorded, just say so and I will take your details without recording.”
Disclosed on every call, wherever you are calling from. If you decline, she takes your details without recording and the call continues normally.
That sentence is the real constant the intake uses, not a paraphrase written for this page.
02 · What she asks
Ten questions, in your own words.
These are the actual questions, read from the live intake script. Note how few of them need a precise answer — she asks for a size band rather than exact square footage, because almost nobody knows their square footage and the estimate does not need it.
Full name
“Can I get your first and last name?”
Phone number
“What is the best phone number for the painter to reach you on?”
Street address
“What is the street address where the painting will happen?”
City
“And which city is that in? For example Austell, Mableton, or Douglasville.”
Interior, exterior, or both
“Is this interior painting, exterior, or both?”
Approximate size
“Roughly how big is the space? Under fifteen hundred square feet, fifteen hundred to twenty-five hundred, twenty-five hundred to five thousand, or over five thousand?”
Number of rooms
“About how many rooms are we painting? If it is exterior only, just say zero.”
Paint quality preference
“Do you have a paint preference: economy, mid-grade, or premium?”
Timeline
“When would you like the work done: as soon as possible, within two weeks, within a month, or are you flexible?”
Anything else
“Anything else the painter should know? Ceilings, trim, water damage, colors you have in mind, pets, anything at all.”
Optional
Then she reads your name, number and address back to you. You confirm each one before the job is filed. A misheard digit is caught while you are still on the line rather than three days later when nobody has called.
03 · After you hang up
Where the job goes, and who pays for what.
01
Your job is qualified
Before it goes anywhere, the job is checked for whether it is real and serviceable. A pro's time is not spent on something that was never going to happen, and neither is yours.
02
A teaser reaches the board — not your details
Painters see the scope, the size band, the timeline and the area. Your name, address and phone number are withheld until one of them commits to the job.
03
One painter unlocks it and calls you
The painter pays a flat fee to release your contact details, which is what keeps your number away from everyone who was merely curious. The job is then locked to them.
04
You agree a price directly with them
They quote it, you accept or decline. JOOLT is not in the middle of that conversation and does not set your price.
05
If it books, our fee comes out of the deposit
When you agree a price you place a booking deposit through JOOLT, and it counts toward your job total. Our success fee is netted from that deposit — it is not added on top of what you agreed.
04 · What you are protected by
The promises Sophia has to make.
These are not a customer charter written for a marketing page. They are instructions in the script Sophia runs — she is required to say them, on the call, before it ends.
One pro calls you, not five
Your job goes to a single painter, exclusively, for a set window. It is not sold to a list. Your phone does not start ringing off the hook the moment you hang up.
You approve everything first
The quote and the schedule are yours to accept or decline. Nothing is booked, and no work starts, until you have said yes to it.
Nothing is owed for the call
Describing the job costs nothing, and being matched with a pro costs nothing. There is no charge to you for any of the steps on this page.
Sophia will not quote you a price
She will not guess, imply a rate, or negotiate. Where the system has a real estimate she gives you that range as a ballpark; otherwise she says plainly that the painter quotes it and you approve it.
Your details are read back before they are filed
Your name, phone number and address are repeated to you and confirmed on the call. A wrong digit is caught while you are still on the line, not after a painter cannot reach you.
A deposit only ever goes through JOOLT
If you decide to book, the deposit goes through a secure link we text you. Never pay a deposit outside that link — and if anyone asks you to, tell us.
When this opens, it opens here.
Everything above is built and shipped — the conversation, the qualification, the exclusivity lock, the deposit rail. What is not switched on is the client-facing door, and until it is there is deliberately no control on this page that pretends otherwise.
