Customers
Inbound
Customers, on every channel, answered on arrival.
Line · business
Customers, prospects, your leaders' own inbound and other companies' agents are not four problems for four teams. They are four sides of the same door, and Sophia runs it as one operation — answering on arrival, deciding against rules your team wrote, and escalating to a named person when it should.

Companies whose inbound arrives faster than a front desk can work it.
01 · What runs on this line
These are not separate products you assemble. They are the parts of one operation, and each one links to the same page whichever line you arrived from.

Prospects
The follow-through around your reps.
The executive's own inbound
A desk in front of a leader's inbound.
Other companies' agents
An authenticated door for machine approaches.
02 · Watch it run
The line every company has heard before is “it updates your CRM”. What that is worth depends entirely on whose board it updates and whether anyone has to check it afterwards. So here is the specific version.
One deal, moved a step Worked example
The columns are your own stages, read live from the system your team already works in. Sophia does not impose a process on you or ask you to run a second one alongside it.
When a conversation moves a deal forward, the card moves with it — one step along, with the name, value and status updated to match what was said.
The update goes straight to the same record your workflows, reports and reps already act on. There is no separate board to reconcile later.
A card with no movement for a week is flagged rather than left to rot at the bottom of a column. Nothing needs to be noticed by a person first.
Read-only means read-only. The refusal is explicit about what is missing and who can grant it, rather than a control that silently does nothing.
The board
Your stages, read from your own system. They are not drawn here because they are yours — no two boards have the same columns.
Sophia · moved a deal
Roof repair, in from a website form. The client confirmed the scope on the call, so the card moves one step along.
step 2 of 6step 3 of 6
Editable on the card: deal name, value, stage and status. Status is one of open, won, lost or abandoned — nothing freeform.
Sophia · saved
Written straight back to your CRM — the same record your workflows, reports and reps already act on.
Board and CRM in lockstep
Elsewhere on the board
Two cards have not moved in over a week and are flagged for a nudge. A third has never been sorted into a stage at all.
Needs a nudge · Not sorted yet
A read-only seat tries the same move
“Your role is read-only — ask an admin for member access to move deals.”
Refused · and it says why
Your reps still own the deal. Sophia keeps the board honest — moving what she worked, flagging what went quiet — so the pipeline reflects reality without anyone spending their evening tidying it.
A worked example of the shipped board, not a captured account. The stages are deliberately unnamed and unnumbered by us: they are read live from your own CRM, so a drawn column header would be invented. The editable fields, the four statuses, the seven-day staleness flag and the read-only refusal are the real ones.
03 · One category
Three lines, four capabilities, one operation underneath all of it. The gaps are boundaries we hold to, not features on their way.
One operation, three ways to buy it
A person whose name arrives somewhere before they do.
Companies whose inbound arrives faster than a front desk can work it.
Trades where the work is real but the demand arrives unqualified.
Every approach answered, whatever channel it came in on.
Inbound runs on the Personal line.Customers, on every channel, answered on arrival.
Inbound runs on the Business line. The job taken down conversationally, then qualified.
Inbound runs on the Marketplace line. The personal line does no selling and no lead generation.
Sales Support does not run on the Personal line. The follow-through around your reps.
Sales Support runs on the Business line.Qualified demand routed to the pro who wants it.
Sales Support runs on the Marketplace line. The gate: screened against a bar you wrote yourself.
Executive Support runs on the Personal line.A desk in front of a leader's inbound.
Executive Support runs on the Business line.No leader's gate in a marketplace.
Executive Support does not run on the Marketplace line.A door another company's agent can address you through.
Agent-to-Agent runs on the Personal line.An authenticated door for machine approaches.
Agent-to-Agent runs on the Business line. Not built for this line.
Agent-to-Agent does not run on the Marketplace line. The blanks are boundaries, not a roadmap. The personal line does no selling because that is a rule the product enforces, and a marketplace has no leader’s gate to run. Neither is a feature waiting to arrive.
Read across a row and one capability is running on every line that has it — the same rules engine, the same four outcomes, the same human as the hard stop. Read down a column and you have what a single line gets. It is one Sophia either way.
The rules change. The machinery does not.
04 · Before anyone discusses terms
Everything else here opens on a conversation. This does not. It is the first piece of real work rather than a brochure — the current position, written down, so the conversation afterwards starts from a shared set of facts instead of a pitch.
The assessment models what the front office is costing in your industry, layer by layer, and sets out the order it would be put right in.
