A member whose seat started before the public launch wears the badge. It is read from the seat's own start, never from a list of names, and it sits beside the name, never over a face.
Founding 50: a locked rate
The executive line's founding cohort holds a price agreement: a hard cap of 50 seats. Once they fill, the founding rate is gone.
