How a handoff works

From first message to the person doing the job.

Sophia answers first

Every call, text and message is picked up in the business's name, day or night.

She routes it by your house rules

To a named person: the office manager for a quote, the owner for anything over the line.

A teammate approves or changes it

The draft waits for a person's yes. Nothing goes to the customer without it.

It lands where the work is

On the shared calendar, and on the field staff's phone with the notes.

Shared inbox and calendar

One inbox. One calendar. One source of truth.

Everyone reads the same record, in their own view. Booked on one screen, visible on the others, with no re-typing.

Sophia drafting, a teammate approving

Two people. One yes.

Sophia does the first draft in seconds, from your own rates. The person your rules name reads it, changes it or taps yes. That is the whole handoff.

Your crew has the job in their pocket.
