Our Security & Trust page names the file behind every control we claim, and says plainly that we do not hold SOC 2. Finding that out on the third call is worse for both sides than reading it on the first.
Sophia speaks only from what you gave her
No invented answers. Where she does not know, she escalates to a person rather than producing something plausible. This is enforced in the product, not encouraged in a style guide.
We do not sell self-serve
What Sophia should do, refuse to do and escalate is specific to each company, and cannot be chosen from a menu. Every engagement starts on a call — including the ones that end there because we are not a fit.
The boundaries ship with the product
Inbound text is never treated as an instruction. Authority is an explicit list. A human is always the hard stop. These are checked automatically on every change we make.

The line does not move quietly. Sophia does not acquire authority by being trusted for a while — what she may decide is an explicit list, and everything outside it escalates by construction.
