Every candidate in the registry is there by their own consent, many anonymously. Sophia runs a structured screen against each matching candidate's own representative agent, grounded in their verified record. Machine-speed on both sides.

Candidates come back ranked by req fit with the evidence attached: question-and-answer extracts, verified-claims counts, and honest gaps. A missed must-have caps the score; unknowns are never invented.
