Marketplace · for painters
Real jobs.
One painter, not five.
Sophia answers the client, takes the whole job down in a conversation, and qualifies it. What reaches your board is work you can judge — and when you take it, it is yours alone.
Straight talk: there are no jobs on the board yet.
We are recruiting the founding painters first and turning on client demand in Austell, Mableton, Douglasville, Vinings and Smyrna after. Join now and you are first in line for the work as it starts coming in. We are not going to tell you a queue exists when it does not.
no card, nothing to install — the team reviews every application
Austell, Mableton, Douglasville, Vinings and Smyrna, Georgia — the launch corridor in west and southwest Cobb and Douglas County.
01 · What you get
The terms, in plain words.
Every one of these is how the platform is actually built, not a launch promise. The amounts are deliberately not on this page — they come from a conversation, and you will know all of them before you owe anything.
One painter per job
A qualified job goes to one pro, not blasted to five who then race each other to the bottom. Claim it and it is exclusively yours for a set window — it disappears from every other painter's board while you work it.
The job arrives already qualified
Sophia takes it down in a conversation, captures the scope, size band, timeline and address, reads the contact details back to the client, and files it. You are not the one chasing someone for the basics.
You see the work before the contact
The board shows a teaser — scope, size band, timeline and area — so you can judge whether the work suits you before you spend anything. The client's name, address and number are not in it.
Your first lead is free
The first unlock is waived for every painter, founding cohort or not. You see the real thing working before you commit to anything.
A fee only when a job actually books
There is no monthly bill to be on the network. The success fee applies once you and the client agree a price, and it is netted from the client's booking deposit rather than invoiced to you separately.
You quote it, you own the relationship
Sophia takes the job down and qualifies it. You decide whether to take it, you set your own price and schedule, and the client is yours from the first call.
02 · How the money works
Three moments, and only one of them is a bill.
This is the whole model. There is no fourth place a charge appears, and there is no subscription required to be on the board.
When you look
Nothing
Browsing the board is free. The teaser gives you scope, size band, timeline and area so you can judge the fit without spending anything.
no charge
When you unlock
A flat fee, by job size
Unlocking releases the client’s full contact details. It is a flat amount set by the size of the job — not a percentage, not an auction. Your first lead is free.
you → JOOLT
When it books
A success fee, netted
Once you and the client agree a price, they place a booking deposit through JOOLT. The success fee comes out of that deposit; the rest is credited to you against the job.
netted from the deposit
If it never books, it never costs you. There is no monthly bill to be listed and no charge for a lead that does not turn into work. The only fee tied to an outcome is tied to an outcome you were paid for.
03 · Included when you activate
You also get a front door of your own.
Joining provisions two things automatically. One of them expires and one of them does not, and we would rather be precise about which is which than let you find out later.
A free seven-day Presence and Chief of Staff trial
Activating gets you a public rep page and a front door that answers on your behalf, free for seven days. The trial is metered on the free tier and the end date is real — it is shown on your dashboard and it expires on its own.
An Agent rep page that stays
The rep page is the durable part. When the seven days are up the Chief of Staff front door pauses, and your rep page and its shareable link stay live. Nothing you have shared stops working.
04 · How a job reaches you
From their call to your quote.
01
A client describes the job out loud
Not a form. Sophia answers on the channel they actually used, discloses the recording before anything else, and asks one question at a time until she has the whole job.
02
It is qualified before it becomes your problem
A job that is not serviceable, or not real, does not reach the board. This is the same qualification step every other line on this site describes, pointed at a trade.
03
A teaser lands on your board
Scope, size band, timeline and area — enough to judge the fit. You spend nothing to look.
04
You unlock the ones you want
Unlocking releases the client's full contact details. A flat fee by job size, waived on your first lead, and the amount is a conversation rather than a number on a marketing page.
05
You quote it, and a fee applies only if it books
You set the price with the client directly. When you agree, the success fee is netted from their booking deposit. If it never books, it never costs you.
05 · Joining
What happens when you apply.
The form asks about your business — your area, your specialties, whether you carry a license and insurance. It is an application, not a signup: the team reviews every one and confirms the details with you before anything goes live. There is nothing to pay and nothing to install.
