Add-ons stack on top of any engagement. Available by talking to the team; scoped and priced with the rest of your engagement (no published add-on price list).

Custom Voice Clone

Train Sophia on your own voice (or any voice you have rights to). Sounds like you, not like a generic stock voice. Useful when you want callers to feel like they are hearing the owner. Setup takes about 5 minutes — record a 90-second sample, we generate the model, you approve it. Available on any engagement.

Multi-Language Support

Sophia answers in the caller's language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese — most major languages supported). She detects the language from the first sentence and switches automatically. Billed per additional language beyond English. Useful for service businesses in multilingual markets.

Periodic AI Training

A working session with the JOOLT AI team. We review a recent stretch of calls, look at where Sophia missed answers (the kc-miss tag), and tune the prompt and Knowledge Center together. Recommended for higher-volume operations; available to anyone as an add-on.

Additional Phone Lines

Beyond the lines included in your engagement. Each additional line gets a dedicated phone number and can route to the same Sophia or a customized version. Useful for multi-department or multi-location operations.

What add-ons cost

Add-ons are scoped and quoted with your engagement — billed privately via procurement on a PO or an Operations-issued payment link, the same as everything else. There is no self-serve add-on pricing to recite.
