What is the Square?
The Makers Room marketplace (fictional)
Gigs, collabs and referrals between members — and the brands the room works with.
Members of the Makers Room trade gigs, collabs and referrals through their own desks; the room's brand partners post to the same board. FICTIONAL demo — nothing here is real and nothing is committed.

Opportunities and products, never a wall of vendors.
You search what is available to win and what is for sale. When one fits, your Sophia reaches out for you when you tap.
Sophia sits in the middle of every match. She screens each side against its own bar and only surfaces real fits. There is no directory to buy your way up and no cold DMs. The market stays fair because the intermediary is neutral and the same for everyone.
Post it. Get represented. Approve the deal.
You never chase or get chased. You set your terms once; Sophia screens every approach against them and reaches out when you tap.
Post an ask or list what you do
A buyer posts an opportunity, a role, a booking, a job. A provider lists what they offer. Both set their own bar, budget, and floor.
Sophia represents you
She screens the other side against your rules and only surfaces real fits. Nobody is ranked, boosted, or promoted. It is a fair match, not an auction for attention.
You agree the terms
When you tap, your Sophia reaches theirs with the listing and the fit. A match opens a deal, and the two of you propose and accept the scope and price.
What Sophia runs for youEvery simple job, done by Sophia.
14 services · show them
These are the done-for-you services every free seat carries. Live ones run now; the concierge ones hold your ask for the JOOLT team to match by hand. Nothing is promised that your Ace cannot deliver.
Get quotes for a job
Post what you need, and the JOOLT team matches it by hand with vetted providers. We hold your project and you hear from us when one is lined up. Nothing is owed, and you approve anything before it happens.
Find me the right pro
Describe the job, and the JOOLT team matches it by hand with a screened provider who fits your bar. We never invent a provider or a match.
Book me a slot
Your agent puts a booking straight onto your connected calendar. Booking a provider's slot on the Square is supply-dependent and holds until a vetted provider is matched.
Make an intro for me
Your agent drafts a warm intro to a target and holds it for your approval. Nothing goes out until you say yes, inside the outbound caps. Available when outbound is switched on for your seat.
Chase a reply for me
Set a follow-up and your agent drafts the nudge on the day for you to approve. It is always draft-then-approve, never an automatic send.
Screen this offer
Every approach at your gate is screened against your bar before it reaches you. Below-bar offers are held or declined warmly, automatically.
Answer for me 24/7
Your agent answers and screens on your public page around the clock, grounded in your own rules. On the free tier this is metered each month, then held with a nudge to go live.
Draft my reply
Your agent drafts the reply, by text or email, and drops it into your approvals queue. You read it and approve, so nothing ever sends without your yes.
Ask for a review
Your agent drafts a friendly review request with your review link, for you to approve before it sends. Add a review link to your profile and any rep can use it, not just business seats.
Confirm the visit for me
Your agent sets a reminder for the day before a booked job and drafts the confirmation text for you to approve. Nothing sends without your yes.
Chase what I'm owed
Tell your agent what is outstanding and when to ask. It schedules the nudge and drafts it for you to approve — it does not see your invoices or your bank, you tell it what to chase.
Move a job for me
When something slips, your agent moves the booking on your calendar and drafts the message telling them the new time.
What am I invited to bid on?
Your agent reads the jobs you have been invited to bid on — the scope, the area, and when bidding closes. You never see anyone else's bid, and they never see yours.
Draft my bid
Your agent puts the bid together from the job details and holds it for you to set the price and approve. One bid per job, and it can't be changed once it's in — so nothing is submitted without your yes.
Come to get work, or come to get it done.
For buyers
- Post an opportunity in minutes. Set budget, timeline, must-haves.
- Get Sophia-screened matches, only real fits, never a ranked list.
- Have Sophia reach out with one tap, then agree the price yourself.
- Your own buyer cockpit to track every ask and match.
For providers
- Get found for real opportunities that match your bar.
- Sophia answers and screens every approach at your door, day or night.
- Set a floor. Below-floor offers decline warmly, with a path back.
- Your own cockpit: pipeline, calendar, reviews, one place.
Fair by design.
Neutral in the middle
Sophia represents both sides with the same rules. No pay-to-rank, no boosted listings, no directory to game.
Screened both ways
Every approach is checked against your bar before it reaches you. Below-floor offers decline warmly, automatically.
You stay in control
Sophia answers from your rules and reaches out when you tap. You agree the terms. Nothing is committed on your behalf without your yes.
